Due to suggestions made by our insurance company as well as general safety concerns, we ask that you bring your dogs inside the house or kennel when Big Business comes to clean. This is for everyone's safety - both our Scoopers and your dogs. We will send you a head's up text when we're on our way that is meant to give you time to do this. If the dogs are outside when your Scooper arrives, they will text/call you to remind you to have them brought in. If they are unable to enter your yard in a reasonable time, they will move on and you will still be charged as that service will be counted as a late cancelation. (We require 24 business hours for service cancelations).
